Summary/Objective
Assist Recruiting team to progress candidates and coordinate recruiting activities for all Contact Center positions. Manage daily contact with candidates and utilize company tracking system to monitor and follow up with candidates in the onboarding process. Utilize interpersonal and relationship building skills to communicate, inform, and project a positive image of Cellular Sales to the community. This position is administrative in nature and requires heavy data entry.

- Utilize internal sourcing/recruiting systems (iCIMS) to record, update, and track all candidate progress.
- Coordinate job shadows and virtual and face-to-face interviews including, but not limited to: room set up, Outlook calendar invitations, and candidate invitations via applicant tracking system (iCIMS).
