JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Summary/Objective
Works under general supervision of the FT Support Supervisor. Provides secondary support of hardware and software solutions deployed in various retail locations. Provides secondary regional support to designated territories as determined by Dispatch.

 

Essential Functions

  1. Low voltage and HDMI wire pulling and termination.
  2. Performing proactive store audits.
  3. Power cycle access control module, store cameras.
  4. Desk cable management. PC trouble shooting and replacement.
  5. Store closing.
  6. Assist with project work.
  7. Ticket documentation

This job is in a store/retail environment.

 

Physical Demands
Must be able to perform repetitious hand/eye movement, Must be able to sit for long periods, Must be able to stand for long periods, Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., Must be able to use a ladder, Must be able to drive

 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm with the expectation to work extra hours as situations arise.

 

Travel
75% or more

 

Required Education and Experience

  1. HS diploma or GED.
  2. 2-year degree or equivalent experience in technology.

Preferred Education and Experience

  1. Ability to deal with stress and changing priorities.
  2. Industry certifications.
