IT Field Support Supervisor
Works under general supervision of the FT Support Supervisor. Provides secondary support of hardware and software solutions deployed in various retail locations. Provides secondary regional support to designated territories as determined by Dispatch.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
This job is in a store/retail environment.
Must be able to perform repetitious hand/eye movement, Must be able to sit for long periods, Must be able to stand for long periods, Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., Must be able to use a ladder, Must be able to drive
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm with the expectation to work extra hours as situations arise.
