JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Summary/Objective

The OA Analyst is responsible for all mid-level administrative processes as determined by the OA Supervisor. The OA Analyst provides support to the front end representatives in our retail locations with payment verifications, invoice adjustments, Verizon compliance and cash handling procedures. In addition, the OA Analyst provides the same support to market leadership and operation staff.  

 

Essential Functions

  1. Refund research and verification
  2. Payment transaction report
  3. Override Report weekly
  4. Tax Exempt Report and documentation verification
  5. Cash Safe tickets
  6. Cash Safe research
  7. Datascape research
  8. Datascape adjustment

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

 

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

 

Physical Demands
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a 40-hour a week / full-time position. Varying shifts and days of work available.

No travel is required for this position.

 

Required Education and Experience

  1. H.S. Diploma or equivalent
