    JOB DESCRIPTION

     

    Summary/Objective

     

    The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the execution of Cellular Sales’ overall digital marketing mix to drive both organic and paid engagement. This role supports the Cellular Sales integrated marketing and sales strategies by defining goals and objectives, upholding the brand voice, and leveraging opportunities to expand the company’s digital presence through new platforms and partnerships. The ideal fit for this position has in-depth experience creating and executing paid and organic strategies for social media, display advertising, content planning, influencer marketing, SEO, and SEM.

     

    Essential Functions

    1. Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop competitive strategies for social media, display advertising, SEO, SEM and other branded means.
    2. Manage partnership with digital agency including but not limited to the day-to-day communication, planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives while ensuring efficient use of spend.
    3. Work within digital marketing budget, leveraging advanced tactics to reach intended audiences while meeting KPI targets. Optimize digital marketing channel performance by working with internal resources and external partners on improved targeting, creative, and messaging.
    4. Provide timely reports and analysis on campaign and digital channel performance against goals
    5. Stay current on new digital marketing tools and trends to develop a robust digital presence for Cellular Sales.
    6. Collaborate internally and with external partners to develop strategies and implementation tactics for all digital media programs within assigned channels.
    7. Manage vendor relationships while growing channels by onboarding new program partners.
    8. Develop, execute, and analyze Cellular Sales paid and organic social media marketing strategy.
    9. Oversight of company social network accounts to include Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn and identifying and adopting emerging social media networks.
    10. Develop and manage social media content calendar and create engaging posts.
    11. Monitor pages and respond to private messages and comments on posts, working with relevant teams to address inquiries/seek resolutions.

    This job is in a professional office environment. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
    This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

    Required Education and Experience

    Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years social media and digital marketing experience.

    Additional Eligibility Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

    1. Excellent written/verbal and interpersonal communication skills
    2. Copywriting/content creation experience
    3. High level of proficiency in MS Office-Word, Excel and Outlook.
    4. Knowledge of Facebook Insights and Google Analytics
    5. Excellent working knowledge of digital marketing and social media to support business
    6. Exceptional time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
    7. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a larger team
