We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter who enjoys building relationships and becoming an integral part of a growing team.
In this role you will:
- Proactively engage with hiring managers to facilitate the corporate hiring process.
- Source, screen and present candidates to appropriate hiring managers.
- Interface with business leadership to ensure alignment with hiring objectives.
- Grow your business acumen to become a trusted advisor within the organization.
- Handle a diverse set of openings throughout Cellular Sales Corporate Offices.
- Have fun and grow!
What we would like to see from you:
- 3+ years in a Corporate Recruiting role. (Agency experience will be considered)
- Ability to learn, grow and multitask.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to source candidates using a variety of tools.
- Strong communication skills – the ability to engage internal clients.
- Understanding of the recruiting landscape including agency relations.
- College Degree preferred, HS Degree or GED Required
