JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
The IT Procurement Manager is responsible for all IT category spending nationally, including purchasing, inventory/asset management, supplier selection, logistics and customer satisfaction. This position requires cross department collaboration with counterparts, senior leadership and support teams. Responsibilities also include management of technology hardware, software and services buyers.
Essential Functions
1. Establish and manage relationships with internal business partners, suppliers, technology leadership and executive stakeholders.
2. Drive best total cost of ownership for the organization through sourcing, RFx processes, and strategic negotiations.
3. Mitigate corporate risk through contract negotiations, supply chain oversight/availability, and process documentation for compliance.
4. Develop and maintain key performance indicators on cost savings, deliverability, effectiveness and operational efficiency.
5. Operate as initial escalation point for all strategic suppliers and asset related escalations with business stakeholders including Regional Presidents.
6. Evaluate and select standard software, hardware and service suppliers with internal stakeholders based upon business needs: pricing, solutions, scalability and effectiveness.
7. Collaborate with technology leadership in evaluation of key strategic partnerships and future planning.
8. Oversee quarterly business reviews with suppliers and maintain vendor scorecard evaluations.
9. Manage inventory stock levels and resupply rules of technology software and hardware across emergency, backup, and primary stocking warehouses while utilizing approval process through Purchase Orders and Service Now.
10. Negotiate contract renewals and engage with legal counsel on contract review.
11. Work closely with warehouse and liquidation team for recovery and disposal of company owned assets.
12. Collaborate with and oversee Asset team on product lifecycles for technology commodity products, including software, hardware, media, peripheral, cabling and services.

This position has supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. and as necessary to accomplish goals related to projects, end of quarter, and end of year.
Travel
Less than 5% travel is expected this position.
Required Education and Experience
1. Bachelors in Business Management or Supply Chain
2. 5+ years of progressive Procurement experience
3. 3+ years of IT Procurement experience
4. 2+ years of management experience
Preferred Education and Experience
1. 7+ years of supply chain experience including strategic sourcing, vendor management, inventory management, and logistics experience
2. 5+ years of IT Procurement experience
3. 3+ years of management experience
4. CPSM Certification
5. Knowledge of Service Now
