JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
The B2B Operations Manager is expected to oversee all aspects associated with various B2B sales programs including, but not limited to, B2B Commissions, B2B Compensation, Verizon Business B2B Compensation Exhibits, RQ B2B SKU’s, B2B CScore, Business POS Systems (RQ, TE Sync, B360TE, B360), B2B Contests & SWAG organization, Coordination with B2B In-Store Displays, Coordination with B2B Selling Guide, & Coordination with B2B Care & Training.
This position will require coordination with B2B Sales Trainer, B2B Support Manager, B2B Care Team, and B2B Sales Reps and their respective directors. In addition, this position will work with Cellular Sales Business Development Team on projects that span consumer & B2B and with Cellular Sales Marketing, Training, Advertising, Commissions, and Operations.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
