JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
As a Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you will be a key player in attracting top talent to our organization. Your role involves developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance our employer brand, engage potential candidates, and drive a pipeline of qualified applicants, and increase employee retention. This position requires a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of recruitment marketing trends and the ability to collaborate effectively with the Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment teams.
Essential Functions
• Develop and execute innovative recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at improving candidate quality and reducing employee turnover.
• Write clear and strategic briefs for the creative team to guide the development of campaign assets.
• Lead the implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
• Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to align messaging, timing, and delivery of campaigns across both traditional and digital platforms.
• Manage and maintain the Marketing Portal, ensuring assets are up-to-date and content remains relevant.
• Support the creative review and visual design process to maintain brand consistency across all materials.
• Create and develop compelling marketing assets and resources for recruiting teams that reflect and enhance the employer brand.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to optimize future marketing efforts.
• Leverage candidate personas to tailor marketing strategies across various markets and geographic locations.
• Expand and manage core storytelling efforts and content across key channels such as the career site, LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
• Partner with the creative team to write, edit, and proofread marketing content to ensure brand accuracy, tone consistency, and grammatical excellence.
• Serve as the main point of contact for coordinating and executing talent acquisition marketing initiatives and requests.
• Stay informed on employer branding and social media trends, sharing best practices and insights with the recruiting team.
• Design and develop candidate-facing materials that improve onboarding and training experiences with the goal of increasing retention.
• Manage the relationship with external advertising agencies to oversee and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Build and lead a dealer advocacy program that supports and amplifies the employer brand.
• Own and manage digital recruiting platforms and tools that enhance recruitment marketing capabilities (e.g., Video Studio, ERIN App, AppCast, CareerArc, etc.).

Supervisory Responsibility
This position does NOT have direct reports.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Must be able to sit for long periods of time. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Required Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in marketing specializing in recruitment marketing.
• Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Career Arc, AppCast, iCIMS, Google Analytics, and content management systems
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Skilled in writing and editing content, including video, with an attention to detail
• Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
