JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Summary/Objective
Professionally represent Cellular Sales to prospective candidates. Source resumes, interview applicants by telephone, email, in person, or by other means for the purpose of filling open sales positions or to build a bench of approved candidates.  Schedule and structure interviews, document responses and record in applicant tracking system. Assist candidates and other interviewers with the process.

 

Essential Functions

  1. Analyze staffing needs and develop recruiting plan for market.
  2. Source resumes for local candidates and network or passive candidates (conduct reverse searches and email campaigns).
  3. Maintain referral program (if applicable).
  4. Set up and conduct phone screens, face-to-face/Skype/final interviews.
  5. May initiate reference checks.
  6. Assure all candidate info and interview notes are uploaded into applicant tracking system for legal compliance and to meet internal standards.
  7. Assist team leads and RPs with evaluation of assessment(s) and handoff to Snelling.
  8. Regular reporting to market and National Recruiting of recruiting metrics/results (Monthly Recruiting Calculator).
  9. Participate in communication with other market recruiters and National Recruiting.
  10. Request guidance from National Recruiting as needed.
  11. Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications.
  12. Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
  13. May assist with new hire paperwork, interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
  14. May ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Required Education and Experience

AS Degree in business is required; BS Degree is a Business field is preferred. Requires a minimum of two years of recruiting experience.

 

Preferred Education and Experience

Sales experience is preferred in addition to the requirements above.
