Summary / Objective:

 

We are seeking a highly analytical, forward-thinking, and creative individual to join our team at Cellular Sales in East Carolina. This role will be instrumental in driving sales growth and optimizing operational efficiency by leveraging data insights, fostering effective communication, and providing comprehensive support to both our internal team and leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and preferably experience with Power BI.

 

Essential Functions:

 

Commission/CScore Management Support:

  • Utilize analytical skills to build and run reports to identify opportunities for increasing sales and representative performance.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies to engage the sales consultants and impact sales metrics utilizing the platform.
  • Monitor and track pacing performance to ensure alignment with market sales objectives.
  • Manage reports for General Managers and Sales Leaders, ensuring visibility for underperformers.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPI’s) to ensure core focuses are met.
  • Monitor and communicate individual, performance pacing insights.
  • Identify sales consultants bonus levels to include analyzing missed KPI’s to facilitate progress.

 

Sales Auditing Oversight:

  • Oversee the audit processes to be executed by operations staff to ensure sales accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee equipment trade-in program and audit for discrepancies and shipping timing.
  • Manage VMP reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Actively communicate with staff to solve sales discrepancies or variances between sales and operations teams.

 

Operational Support:

  • Handle customer service escalations promptly and effectively.
  • Support and track merchandising efforts to maintain and improve store presentation.
  • Assist underperforming retail locations with key focuses to improve sales performance.
  • Collaborate in developing trainings to equip leadership teams with effective coaching tools.
  • Instruct the coaches on proper utilization of CScore, Elevate, and sales strategies; to drive performance, retention, and morale.

 

Competencies:

  • Proven experience in analytical roles, preferably in sales or retail environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
  • Prior experience in wireless sales or telecommunications industry is advantageous.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a F/T in office position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
