Responsibilities

As a B2B Sales Support Representative, you will service the clients’ needs and make recommendations based on their specifications.

  • Act as a product consultant when marketing the value of Verizon products and services
  • Meet or exceed established daily metrics (calls/sales/follow-up calls) and performance standards
  • Provide outstanding service during and after the call while maintaining company protocols
  • Ensure database information is accurate, complete, and security compliant
  • Stay current on the newest technology products and services
