Internal Marketing Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Summary/Objective

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be a vital member of our marketing team, supporting various aspects of our marketing initiatives. This role involves coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, contributing to content creation, and assisting in the implementation of marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for marketing and a strong ability to collaborate within a dynamic team environment.

 

Essential Functions

  • Own local marketing initiatives across 41 states for all internal requests.
  • Partner with internal departments at our corporate office to develop and executive marketing needs.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of our products, standards, and differentiators so that strategies can be developed for more-effective communications and brand awareness.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across a variety of digital and traditional channels like email, SMS, digital signage, SEO, website, print and more.
  • Responsible for completing campaign briefs and assisting with marketing-related projects and creation of marketing presentations.
  • Own swag program across company and manage order requests and fulfilment.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position does NOT have direct reports.

 

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
